Tapered roller bearing
Tapered roller bearing is a radial thrust bearing with rolling body as tapered roller. A small cone angle and large cone angle two. The small cone angle is mainly subjected to radial and axial joint loads based on radial load, which is often used in double use, reverse installation, internal and external seats can be installed separately, and the radial and axial clearance can be adjusted in the installation and use. The big cone angle is mainly subjected to axial and radial joint loads mainly with axial load, which is generally not used alone to bear pure axis. To load, as a pair of configurations (relative name ends relative installation), can be used to withstand pure radial load.
The ability of single row tapered roller bearings to bear axial load depends on the contact angle, that is, the raceway angle of outer ring, the greater the angle, the greater the axial load capacity. The most commonly used tapered roller bearings are single row tapered roller bearings. Small size double row tapered roller bearings are used in the front wheel hub of cars. The four row tapered roller bearings are used in heavy duty machines such as large cold and hot rolling mills.
The single row tapered roller bearing has an outer ring, its inner ring and a set of conical rollers are made of an inner ring assembly by a basket cage. The outer ring can be separated from the inner ring components. According to the size standard of the ISO tapered roller bearing, any standard type of tapered roller bearing outer or inner ring components should be interchangeable with the same type of outer ring or inner ring components. In addition to the external dimensions and tolerances of the same type, the conical angle of the inner ring components and the diameter of the component cone must conform to the relevant provisions of the interchangeability except that the external dimensions and tolerances should be in accordance with the ISO492 (GB307) regulations.
Usually, the conical angle of the raceway of the single row tapered roller bearing is between 10 degrees ~19 degrees, and it can bear the combined action of axial load and radial load simultaneously. The greater the cone angle, the greater the ability to bear axial load. The bearing with large conical angle, postcode plus B and cone angle between 25 degrees ~29 degrees can bear large axial load. Besides, the single row tapered roller bearings can adjust the size of the clearance during the installation process.
The outer ring (or inner ring) of double row tapered roller bearings is a whole. The two inner ring (or outer ring) is close to the small end, and there is a diaphragm in the middle. The gap is adjusted by the thickness of the diaphragm, and the thickness of the diaphragm can be used to adjust the pre interference of the double row tapered roller bearings.
Four row tapered roller bearings, the performance of this bearing is basically the same as the double row tapered roller bearing, but more radial load than double row tapered roller bearing, a little lower limit speed, mainly used in heavy machinery.
Multi sealed double and four row tapered roller bearings, ZWZ provides long life, multi sealed double and four row tapered roller bearings. The new design of the bearings is personalized and the traditional design method of all sealed bearings is changed. A new type of seal structure, which combines sealing and dustproof, is adopted to improve the sealing effect and improve the sealing performance. Compared with open structure bearings, multi sealed double and four row tapered roller bearings increase life by 20% to 40%, and lubricant consumption is reduced by 80%.
