The aligning ball bearing
The aligning ball bearing is a ball bearing between two raceways inner ring and raceway for the outer ring of the spherical surface.
The curvature center of the raceway surface of the outer ring is the same as that of the bearing center, so it has the same alignment function as the automatic aligning ball bearing. When the shaft and shell appear flexure, it can be adjusted automatically without increasing bearing burdens. The spherical roller bearing can bear radial load and axial load in two directions. The aligning ball bearing has two kinds of structure: cylindrical hole and conical hole, and the material of the cage is steel plate, synthetic resin, etc. Its characteristic is that the outer ring raceway is spherical and has automatic heart adjustment. It can compensate the error of the ball bearing with different degrees of heart and axis deflection, but the relative inclination of inner and outer ring must not exceed 3 degrees.
It can bear large radial load and can also bear certain axial load. The outer ring raceway of this kind of bearing is spherical, so it has the performance of adjusting center. When the axis is bending or inclined, the center line of the inner ring and the center line of the outer ring are not more than 1 to 2.5 degrees, and the bearing can still work.
The inner bore of the aligning ball bearing has two types: cylindrical and conical. The taper of the conical inner hole is 1:12 or 1:30. In order to enhance the lubrication performance of bearing, ring oil groove and three oil holes are machined on bearing outer ring.
It is mainly subjected to radial load while bearing small axial load. The axial displacement of the shaft (shell) is limited to the limit of the clearance, and it has automatic heart control performance, allowing the inner and periphery to work normally under the condition of relatively incline relative incline. It is applicable to the parts of the supporting seat hole which can not strictly guarantee the coaxiality.

It should not be heated before installation and no need to be cleaned before installation. It is not required to be lubricated in the process of use, and is suitable for running temperature between 30 and 120.
